horses and cows are both nice peaceful animals. i feel sorry for both of them.

I only eat turkey, chicken, and fish.

Let's stop eating cows and horses.

I'm a little shocked that people have accepted this so lightly. Seems they can sell us anything... tell us it's one thing when it's actually another... fill food with horsemeat when it's advertised as beef. What next? It says tuna, but it's actually dolphin... but at least it's funny.

Why do Europeans like eating horses so much? I don't get it.

In America the horse is considered a working animal. And people make connections with them, the idea of eating horse meat is like eating a dog in America.

But I guess Europeans think eating alligator or raccoon meat is gross. Must be a cultural difference.

personally I only eat birds and fish. I don't eat anything with 4 legs. I appreciate land animals. I only eat animals from the sky or from the sea. i don't like to eat animals that walk on land.

Bute Horse Drug

Is injected in horses
and is dangerous for People to eat.
Findus do not know
in France the Head office has gone into hiding
(just on SkyNewsHD)

This was pointed out on Ch4News and SkyNewsHD

given to old horses before they enter the Food Factory

"Horses treated with 'bute' are not allowed
to enter the food chain" - This is french selling to UK and Eire
I say it has Bute in it.

Arista, in light of this new evidence I demand you remove "bloody Ireland" from the OP
