Default estate agesnts warning hampstead and highatate

Estate agents warning - hampstead - highgate mansion tax grossly unfair 07.03.13

Anthony Casingena i have beef,
you really are raising my roof,
after 40 years of work,
learning your trade has no proof.
for those that purchased,
and seen a rise that's formidable,
to not want to pay your way,
is simply shameful and unforgivable.
you feel it will be negative,
and frustration brought to the max,
will the property market suffer,
that's on top of last years 40% increase in stamp duty tax.
some would have to sell,
i am still confused and loosing my hair,
because surely a suitable accommodation can be found,
as after all, they are a millionaire.

( this was in a paper ( http://www.camdennewjournal.com/lett...80%99-punitive) i was reading last night while on a night bus traveling through london and what sprang to mind was - they government have introduced a cap on benefits and feel that poor people should not be able to live in nice areas if there rent is to high and no support will be given, and this is why come April when then changes kick in, allot of people will have to downsize there property as paying for a extra room out of a stretched budget is simply not doable. if no help is given to these people who are already living a stretched life why is it so unfair to expect someone who lives in a 1 or 2 or 3 or more million pound house to pay there fare share ? after all those on benefits are now expected to move - is it not correct they have to sell there property and down size like the rest of us ? or is it one rule for the less well off and 1 rule for those lucky enough to own there own house ?)
