well after all the hype and promises of BBUK, we all know how the publicity hype can let us down. I'm not expecting much.

Was last years BBAUS a big hit in Australia? I never heard anything about how it was received there. Was it a hit?

It wasn't particularly successful, I think if this season doesn't do better than last years then it will be the last.

I know Layla from last year is on Celeb Apprentice this year, so i thought maybe last year was a big hit. It wasn't a big hit though?

The only Australian shows i watch are BB, Apprentice, and Biggest loser.

I used to watch The Project every day, but I can't find a link for it recently. I miss The Project. I did love The Project.
Oh and I love the Gruen Transfer but they only have a few episodes per year, that's a good show too though.

If it's truly a twist that has never been done before i will be very impressed. But usually BBAUS takes it twists from BBUS and BBUK. I don't think i've ever seen anything done on BBAUS that wasn't taken from another BB.,

BBAUS steals sooooo many tasks from BBUK.

AU did the horrible Ignore the Obvious task first in 2008, what country did they take that off, then?

They all take from each other, it's all the same company selling it all over the world.

There's only so many ideas you can do really.

Noticed this too.

With countries like Finland and Sweden completely ripping off our Big Brother UK in terms of house design.

Well, it's a 'tired' format the world over, so pretty much zero chance it would be a 'hit'. I believe it did rate ok 'decently' (god knows how!), hence it's coming back. It was truly the weakest, most watered down pile of crap i've EVER seen, worst BB season in living history!! I'm not just saying that or exaggerating..it was honestly awful.

Vote to save with 3 up meant it was way better than CH5, the bores were evicted.

This is actually the truth, the British version has copied from the Australian as well. Wish they had copied the above but the producers here are too stupid.
