Apologies if this has been posted before,..but..just an assumption,..does that look like Dexter's eye to you?..
I'm aware that oriental eyes can be similar,..but it does seem like a coincidence to me!..

There is also Sophies eye or lips, can't remember which but they have done that since the switch took place years ago. They really cut it down this year, though
