Default Final not eventful enough

Disappointed at the production of tonight's final, it was simply just another eviction show, no outdoor interviews and like that C4 used to do.

I would definitely agree with this. Far too rushed, nothing special about it. Very flat. Could have been much better.

Exactly the same as every other BB final on C5. They all lack the spectacle and the sheer scale of the C4 finals with the outdoor stage and the more open space.

It was disappointing, like they couldn't wait for it to end. If they couldn't spare the time, then they should have had a four housemate final this series. On top of that, my last hopes for a Dexter victory was taken away from me prematurely, because I chose not to stay away from my computer.

The trouble is they are all already thinking about and planning for CBB.

I think it's clear they need to ditch the current stage layout.

It was the lack of continunity that spoilt it for me, with 'Under the Dome' shown inbetween the first 5th, 4th and 3rd getting evicted and then having to wait for an anti-climax final that lasted less than a hour. And I do often wish that they would show what the HMs did on their final day (before the final itself) in the house. There mightn't be a lot of entertainment but just to see how nervous and excited they are hours before the coundown, you kinda feel that a days BB has being taken from us.

It was an awful end to a good series but seriously whoever scheduled it for a Monday must be out of their minds - I'd rather it finished on the previous Friday and they gave it a good amount of time. It feels like I've wasted 9 weeks without a proper ending

What I want more than anything for the launch of BB15 is to bring back the old C4 stage layout. It was much much better.

I remember what Frankie Boyle said he'd like to see at a BB eviction, and you know it could work... No crowd noise played into the house as someone leaves, all they hear is silence... followed by a single rifle shot.

The one thing I was most disappointed about was no fireworks. It really lacked that big bang at the end to say "yes this is the end, and we're going to celebrate this series".

Having it on a Monday didn't help either. Plus the gap in-between ruined it too.

I agree, final was let down for these reasons

1. It was on a monday
2. Breaking the show up with some random show in between
3. Not allowing enough time to vote for the final 2 housemates

I'd like to see a return of the channel 4 style outdoor stage as well, but sadly the crowd love booing/chanting too much, so you need the option of closing the eye to be able to actually hear the evictee interview .

Either that or get the staff to silence the crowd somehow, which they should do themselves once the housemate is evicted. No real need to boo anymore once someone is out. It's only a gameshow, not a public execution!

The set is tiny.Back in its heyday it was like rock concert with-seemingly hundreds of people.Walking in or out of the house now takes bout 10 seconds.

I agree with everything everyone has pointed out

I think this was the worst Finale ever on a BB - it was total crap !

Rushed and putting the Dome on inbetween was a massive mistake as it upset the whole flow - viewers would have watched the Dome anyway - if they wanted to - almost forcing viewers to watch is totally wrong !

I also wanted to vote again when the final 2 were left - the length of time given assured Sam's victory - which was undeserved.

All in all i would say Ch 5 - biggest cock up ever - not only for the final but overall - you ruined what had the makings of the best BB ever.
You should all be ashamed of yourselves for all the biased engineering you did.

All saying the current stage layout needs changing, remember in September the waste land around the house is getting cleared, so this could mean a new outdoor layout for CBB13 or BB15.

I agree about the stage and being on a monday doesn't feel right, but maybe that's me feeling nostalgic. I expect the housemates of summer 2014 will be walking out of the eye again and along the samey looking stage come BB15.
