Its citizens were recently dubbed the happiest in the world, and with their fun-loving, gracious reputation it’s no wonder this petty criminal in Denmark was taught a lesson in the most polite way imaginable.
A Danish artist has published a video of his efforts to track down a huge piece of work that was stolen from a local park area.
Thomas Dambo’s life-size My Little Pony was on display in the public area before being nabbed.
Undeterred, he filmed his subsequent attempts at trying to track down the hefty creation, explaining in the video that he first took to Facebook to see if anyone had heard anything about its theft.
After a tip off, Mr Dambo visited a block of flats in which somebody believed the ‘pony thief’ resided.
But what emerges is shocking for all the right reasons, with the artist successfully getting his pony back and all in good-natured, Danish way- if only crime reduction in the UK was like this!
