Gonna go for controversial here............and Scottish - I know that bar

sh1t happens. not good, but Sky/BBC News think this is the only news story in the world? They are endlessly looping the same things.

............and in other news another 5000 children die in Africa this morning due to war/famine/lack of health care.

I am very cynical of the British news 24 channels. Next time it snows, just watch.......communities cut off for days but the lazy TV journalism will report 3cm of snow on the M25 with live updates of 3 little prangs.

The Green Flag advert actually makes me laugh - Sky News would report that a father cannot read his child a bedtime story because of a breakdown (if they had a camera crew in the vicinity) - it is a great parody.

Yes thats why I put FoxNewsHD
and EuroNews and France24, on.

I agree that will not leave the Scotland Tragic crash alone.

"in other news another 5000 children die in Africa this morning due to war/famine/lack of health care."
This matters much more

It's dominating the British news channels because it's an on going search and rescue mission, most people are interested, watching and hoping that the fatality numbers don't keep rising.

How awful. Do they know what caused the crash?

It dropped fast
so the engine must have stopped (engine fault)
he may have been trying to
crash land on the car park
but due the dark and the speed it went down
the pub was hit.

I'm presuming one of the dead is a policeman as 2 of my friends who are in the police just changed their profile pic on FB to a black screen with a thin blue line

Such a dramatic situation described, the helicopter occupies the whole of the bar area.
This is still a rescue and recovery operation.
