at least make it so the top bar isn't static all the time, it makes the screen look about a 3rd smaller

There's no scrollbar when the window isn't fullsize.

But it's not a site I use so it doesn't bother me really.

Maybe it's not as bad on computers but yeah I'm using iPad and half the screen doesn't show up and it's seriously hard to navigate
