Did you notice she took her photos to diary room when she just supposed to be seeing a Dr ? why do that ? she had no intentions of going back in

She had no reason to take the photos ,she didn't know she was going to hospital ( if she did go, BB have not said she did )

Well spotted chuff but dont shout too loud, there are loads who are convinced she is dying a horrible death in hospital and her undying love for Steven will eventually pull her through.

I've concluded that Kimberly walked, under the guise of illness, because she sensed she would be booted and could not face public questioning about her 2-second bonkfests with Steven - probably with family members - and Sasha! - nearby.

Maybe she woke up and realised what Steven is!

She saw a Doctor, and left on medical grounds.

Simples

Afterwards she may have been told something that decided her to stay out.

All the BB twists are making the posters cynical and paranoid.
