Personal remark? Have you even read the words in the screenshots? THOSE are personal remarks.

I'm sure a valid sentence on a discussion forum will not affect your life. This will affect Toya's life for something that is completely out of her control and the way she was born

I think it's the ones she reported to the police. They're all Helen fans I think but obviously that doesn't reflect the views of all of Helen's fans or the housemates themselves.
