In tonights highlights show Edele was upset in the diary room. As I had already said in a previous thread I read that her marriage had ended in April. She was asked on one of the first nights was she married and she said I am married yes. She hasn't said anything about here marriage breakup to any of the housemates. I think that Audleys little sermon kinda opened the floodgates so she headed to the diary room.

What I found strange is that Big Brother didn't offer any words of comfort when they saw how upset she was. I know it was just a small clip but in the past Big Brother has said you know Big Brother is always there for you if you want to talk. Did anyone else notice that? I was kinda hoping something would be said to her. I think she is great. She has so much heartache in her life at the moment and is not making any fuss about it just being there for the rest of the housemates and trying to enjoy the experience.

I like Edele but she knew what she was coming into, its been four months since her break up and she really needs to put an effort into enjoying herself no matter how difficult it might be.

She certainly has been trying and nobody in the house could guess that she has issues in her personal life. I don't think she regrets coming into the house. I think maybe she needed the time out to sort out her feelings etc. It was sweet that she said she needed her twin for a hug. I hope that she comes out of the house happier in herself and ready for the next phase in her life. She is probably one of the most genuine people in there and even though we didn't see much of her in the first few days she is now emerging as a true friend to everyone

That's kind of the point, she has put effort in and then in that moment it all came out.
