Default Why do you watch cbb?

What exactly is it you like or hope for during bb/cbb? It seems that a lot of people on this forum, tune in for the drama & the bitching, the backstabbing so this series would of been right up your street!

Personally, I prefer especially in cbb, people making complete twats out of themselves (lee ryan, james jordan, etc.) I was hoping Jeremy would of been like that this year if he hadn't gotten ejected (don't get me wrong he completely deserved to) but if he hadn't done what he did, he would of probably made a great housemate.

I also really love in bb, the eccentric/unique characters that are up for anything, I felt last series didn't really have that so that's why cbb13 is still my favourite celebrity series ever.

But anyways, what is it that makes you tune in for bb/cbb?

Yeah I had high hopes for Jeremy as well. I wouldn't mind a less dramatic season in terms of arguments

The odd occasional argument is great though, especially if they're funny with witty comments. I just prefer to see housemates having a laugh, maybe getting a bit dirty & other things i said above.

I watch it to see other sides of celebrities that we wouldn't normally get to see.

I love the series just gone don't get me wrong, but i don't like wall-to-wall drama, i like to see them having fun and having a laugh.

An argument here and there is always good viewing, but not every day, I'm much more entertained by laughter than a bunch of people at each other's throats.

To be honest I'm not sure why I watch CBB. I prefer the longer BB because there is time to get to know the housemates better and for storylines to develop.
When I do watch CBB, I suppose I hope for a little conflict, just to spice things up, but not as much as there was on this last one.

I started watching this year for Katie Hopkins.

I remember she was very funny and witty on the Apprentice. I think my memory must have tricked me because there was nothing of that in CBB; she was just bitchy.

Thankfully there was Perez.

I just like to people watch, I like seeing friendships form and people having fun. I don't mind the odd argument but don't have much time for nastiness. Cliché I know but it's just a game.

I like a mixture of fun, people being daft and yes bitching/arguing but in equal measure.
There was too much emphasis on drama/bitching this year for me.

I watch to see as much antagonism as possible. That's why Perez was so brilliant. Who wants to see them getting along? Boring!

Maybe I'm a boring old fart but I enjoyed watching them do mundane everyday stuff, unfortunately there is no live feed anymore and it's all about selling mags etc these days so all we get is confrontation and stuff.

Oh to get back to the good old days of puffing on a joint watching people build rockery's or practice eating sweetcorn from a stick.

I doubt I can last much longer the way things are now.

I agree 100% BB in this respect is a shadow of it's former self.

Those days have gone when you can expect to see the other side of a personality.

In recent editions of CBB more and more celebs are just performing thinking that is the way to entertain us. Some are themselves but very few now... Its a shame I hate performers in a reality show celebrity or otherwise

I agree too. Far too much censorship of free expression these days. People who are offended by silly words have the problem (such babies) They need to man up and stop wrecking freedom of speech

The political correctness brigade I would happily jail for life for the assassination of free speech.

I tune in to see interesting people interact with each other in a genuine way. That's why I haven't watched a full series in years.
