It was amazing at the time for me, the forum's were busy as hell anyway and the live feed when it was on was always great

Really?

The launch was abysmal.
It felt so flat and had no atmosphere whatsoever, IMO.

The 'blink and you'll miss it' house tour, which was simply just Davina saying "Here are some crates, let's meet housemate number 1".

You could tell Davina was beginning to loose interest. She couldn't even pronounce Ciaron's name properly and said it a different way three times.

Not to mention that depressing crowd, which shouldn't even be called a crowd. Just a handful of Tesco shoppers asked to pop round the compound, for the evening.

I don't care about the launch, I loved BB10 at the time and remember DS breaking a few times from the record number of posts.

BB7 is when I started reading forums and BB7 and BB10 were by far the most crazy.

I imagine BB5 and BB6 were too.

BB7 was crazy.

I remember when people made threads and about ten minutes later they would be at the bottom of the page, or at the end of Page 2.
I also remember back then, eviction polls on DS would get over 8,000 votes cast.

These days it's about 500 votes cast.

The mid 2000s were crazy for BB popularity.

Kinda sad really about the decline, but I guess it was inevitable.

All good things come to an end, I guess.

Glad January CBB has restored some popularity.
CBB15 felt like a C4 series to me. With everyone talking about it, and the popularity and controversy of it all.

I agree that it's bad after week 8 but it's still an iconic series with impact

Its not really fair to judge it on impact being that bb7 had more viewers also bb6 is much better than bb7 but bb7 had a bigger impact...

bb13 was gripping and harrowing throughout, every second was entertaining and thats what a series should do.

Considering I feel either dislike or complete apathy towards all but a few of the BB7 cast on reflection, it's one of the worst for me.
