Remain MP’s know that there’s a vote to take no deal off the table the next day. There’s no way they’d vote for the deal when they know they can get an extension and most likely second referendum. |

Remembering Kerry
|
You are right.
He said the risk of being trapped in the backstop in bad faith is reduced. But the legal risk of being able to leave the backstop is unchanged, as to the UK having no legal right to leave the backstop without EU agreement. |

The government's senior law officer said the extra assurances won by Mrs May "reduce the risk that the United Kingdom could be indefinitely and involuntarily detained" in the backstop if talks on the two sides future relationship broke down due to "bad faith" by the EU.

it aren't scare tactics but just the truth, a no deal is bad for britain but the truth is something what you might not want to hear
a no deal brexit is for sure worst case scenario for britain, external EU tariffs for britain, limited food/medicine what i've seen that list they showed us at CNN so be wise and if you really want to leave eu, it's best to leave with this new deal rather than no deal

I haven't changed my opinion from earlier, i think this vote will fail, and we will end up rejecting no deal brexit and then go looking for an extension. The EU will not accept a short extension, so the choice will then be let it drag on for up to 2 more years or reluctantly accept May's deal. I think at that point, May's deal will get passed. |
