The house has an evil makeover, representing a 19th century mental asylum, with harsh dark colours and old fittings. The house is the biggest ever, with secret rooms and corridors.

Big Brother has turned evil and instead of housemates wanting to stay, BB is going to try and make housemates want to leave.

The show will consists of tough tasks and will test the housemates mental ability.

13 housemates will enter on launch.

On launch day a housemate is chosen by the public to enter BBs laboratory were they will spend the first few days; escorted by mad doctors dressed as clowns, they will be tested and used as lab rats to improve their mental ability, but if it all gets to much and the housemate wants to abandoned the task, then theres no returning to the house as they will automatically be evicted.

In order to get their suitcases BB will open up the crazy corridor, situated in the deep depths of the house, with dozens of doors, but were do they all lead? Each door holds a scary threat behind it, a room full of spiders, clowns, fish, etc. if each housemates can survive 2 hours in the room over the first few days then they will receive their suitcase, if not then they will automatically face eviction. If more than 3 fail then their will be no nominations, if less than 2 fail nominations will take place.

3 weeks in 5 new housemates will enter.

On week 6 Big Brother has an important announcement, that housemates can try an escape through the deep dark depths of the house, underground tunnels, corridors, doors etc. They have a day to try and escape and are allowed to join alliances with housemates but after 9PM BB goes on lock down so the housemates better be in a safe position as no one knows what lurks in the Asylum at night, the escape will last for 2 days. What lays in the dark tunnels underneath the house? The housemates will have to discover themselves, the first 8 housemates that get out first will win immunity from eviction and the others all face eviction. When they escape they finish in a small court yard and are escorted by security, no contact from the outside world is given to the housemates.

On week 8, Big Brother calls in the psychiatrists to analysis the housemates mental ability, the housemates that get a good report will be immune from eviction, whilst the mentally ill housemates face eviction and will go to the third floor of the house, were they spend of 3 days tied to a chair and testing medicine to become more sane. But for the few hours of the day they aren't tied up, will the housemates loose it with BB and the other mental housemates.

In the end will housemates leave BB Asylum more insane than sane?

Maybe this idea for bb 17, as I think we need a bright, vibrant house with fun, everyday people in it for BB 16.

Could be quite good for BB 16 but I don't think we will get Asylum theme, it would work with a mystery theme.

Not exactly sure what kind of message punishing the 'mentally ill' housemates would bring across... but on the whole it's an interesting concept.
