Walking is good as long as you get your heart rate up and get out of breath, sauntering along won't work though

Honest truth about losing weight, eat less.
Don't even consider exercising because that will only make you wont to pig out and eat loads. Focus on eating less and youll see the weight fly off. Count the calories, 1000 per day is good to lose weight. Last edited by UserSince2005; 20-12-2015 at 12:34 PM. |

1000-1200 for women, 1500-1800 for men. 1000 would definitely be too little for him, unless he is as small as a woman.

I'm going to my dads on boxing day which will really help, as I will definitely eat less.
He sort of controls what I eat (kind of), like he makes sure I've eating and stuff. So I should definitely lose weight, and he makes me do exercise. Last edited by Will.; 20-12-2015 at 12:46 PM. |

Its crazy how much eating less and moving more makes such a huge difference. I'm year 12 I started going to the gym and ended up loosing loads of weight in just a couple of months. I never really noticed myself (idk why I never noticed my cloths were practically falling off of me) until after christmas everyone kept asking me how I lost so much weight.

Day 1
I woke up at 12PM today so just had one meal at around 4PM I was so hungry tonight, literally starving. I went and got a piece of bread at it tasted delicious lol, I can't believe I was satisfied by just a piece of bread I can feel my tummy going down already, which is really motivational. I feel ok, a little kind of frustrated but I will be fine. Food: Noodles with plain chicken and a sprinkle of cheese. Snack: Piece of bread Drinks: Just water. Maybe it would help if the people trying to lose weight on TiBB made a thread and everyone could track their progress together? I'd like to do that, but not until after 26th at least since I tend to eat a lot on christmas & boxing day
