I read somewhere that Russia and China are going to focus on North Korea next for all their nuclear threats.Could be why they're pulling troops out of Syria,A kind of warning that they're serious.

Seems strange to me but the ground troops were never the most important part of Russia's operations in Syria so they'll still be heavily involved. Shows that they must be confident about the way things are going though

I think its generally been agreed that it should be Arab country troops that do the fighting on the ground, so this ties in with that philosophy with western countries providing the air support
