This article made it sound so serious but nothing prepared me for the hilarity of actually seeing this meltdown in action
This for me has to be at least a contender for best BB meltdown ever. Screw your fake Nikki rants and such...this beats that rubbish hands down

I agree.... I think this is what really got to him. He thought they were taking the piss out of his engagement (and deep down I believe they were). I can understand him feeling uncomfortable with it because it meant so much between him and Ed.... So instead of maybe staying quiet he deflected the situation by making it about the moral issue which then made it all seem very 'deep' and a little over the top. I think he really felt his engagement was being ridiculed... |

I think had they actually got engaged it would've been 10 times worse for him but he would've had to hide it and pretend to be pleased for them.I think he got so upset because for a moment he actually believed them and it would have taken all the positive attention away from him.

always been the way - just look at the fight commoners and then women had to be enfranchised and how now so many people don't bother voting as they can't be arsed! people arguing over a subject with correlations they didn't even see *sighs* Quote:
why do you think that? genuine question since i only know they are married, not their circumstances. |

Rylans husband was in a long term relationship while in the BB house and was very vocal of the love he felt for the guy....Rylans husband had been on various reality shows prior to BB and had a hunger to be famous...Rylans husband came across on the show as being sly and self serving and Disingenouos ...Rylans husbands partner said that when they were together he had repeatedly said he couldn't stand Rylan Clark.. Then he left the BB house, immediately dumped his partner and got together with Rylan.....now Rylans used his influence and cheek to get his husband on daytime TV.....result, back of the net.....but I think Rylan has scored a home goal because as soon as his husband becomes famous in his own right he will be gone faster then sh-t off a shovel. |

As I posted in another thread regarding Ed's interview on BOTS: ED also made the point very strongly in his own words that "you don't ever mess with Andy when it comes to gay rights" He referred to the Tyson Fury thing and said he told Andy to let it go, but he wouldn't and he left the job he'd had for 8 years and loved because of it. He said he and Andy were complete opposites and that is why they work so well together. So I think it was a combination of feeling they were mocking him and his obviously passionate feelings about gay rights - and also because he has had a hard time in there...and Jason understood more about what was happening and we never got to hear. Jason is a true friend to him, bless him. I felt for Andy tonight. I like him so much and feel bad for him. Last edited by jet; 07-07-2016 at 12:44 AM. |

So basically you agree that Andy is projecting his own hang-ups onto everyone else and is totally unwilling to hear people out. Good.

No, not good. Nobody likes to be mocked and a passion for gay rights is no 'hang - up'. I applaud him for not being willing to compromise on his beliefs. 100%!

...ooo, I got a shower in that time it took to reply, how speedy am I this morning Arista...anyways, I'm no more or no less 'wise' then anyone else, Arista...and I think there lies the thing with Andy...he has been fortunate enough to have had privileges and advantages in his education that many others have not had and I would say that Hughie hasn't had for sure...but rather than be 'wise' with those in his consideration of others and their environments, he uses them to judge people...a very much 'not wise' person, I would say...
