It was a little spoilt by the dog being scared in the first part of the film that was on the web page but not shown tonight. It ran away from him at first.

they do say that nice people love animals, so it seems that while James' persona is about as palatable as a dog-burger he may have a humane side after all.

I didn't cry but I understand how he feels as I've been separated from my Cat and it's not easy, especially in my case as I've had my Cat since I was 7 years old so we grew up together.

...yep, it was so emotional.....beautiful Daisy May...although I agree with Jaxie as well, I'm not sure about this bringing the pets into the house thing because I think aspects of it may be quite traumatic and scary for them...

I noticed that - they showed it on BOTS the night before ...

... and, no, I didn't cry.

The question in the OP just shows the idiocy of people who watch BB.

I have been away from my family on many occasions for weeks on end, working to earn a crust. During these times, I have never burst into tears when receiving contact from my loved ones.

Furthermore, I have received postcards from people on holiday, stating they wished I was there, and never cried because I hadn't seen them for a couple of weeks.

The wretchedness of people crying after being paid to be in the BB house for a few days is making me puke.

It also makes sad that posters on here don't get how repulsive all that is.

Are people on here that thick?

I have to say, I don't get it at all either. I mean 18/19 year old kids go off to University hundreds of miles from home and don't see their family / old friends for months and yet I've never seen anyone start bawling upon reunion. It's more like "Hiya. You've you been? What you been up to?" . People lose their **** on BB and they've only been there a couple of weeks... It makes me wonder if they've ever been away from home before??

..well a lot of the celebrities will be used to being away from family and loved ones by the very nature of their jobs but I don't think that we can equate that quite the same as being in a BB environment of hostility/conflict etc, which can be constant and has been fairly much so with this house and very much 'pressure cooker'....as well as having contact through text/skype/face-time etc and such the like with loved ones in usual circumstances of being away...many, many people have emotional contact with their parents/loved ones at times of the most stress of things they may be going through...'tearful uni phone calls with parents'/type thing....and even then, they haven't had to wait until it was allowed by someone, it's been able to be done as and when needed etc....

I guess I've always just been a cold-hearted wretch eh .

If it was now I would miss my wife and kids horribly, especially kids as they're still little. Before that... ... I really just wasn't bothered. So, hard for me to empathise I guess!

....hmmm, no I wouldn't say cold-hearted...you just haven't had your little Toy Soldier ladies go through uni yet and having the worst and most unhappy time with their housemates and the tears but them being able to touch base with your comfort...(it's always the house-mates or 'people stuff' and not the work and studies, isn't it..)...

Ok,no need to take the piss, people react differently to others,I thought it was lovely and you could see they had a lovely bond, the reason some probably get emotional is that they know that feeling.

I didn't cry but it was quite a lovely sight to see, shows even the most sensible of people can have emotions over little things.

I cried - it reminded me of my Dad - they have big soft hearts men - Like Jason with his dog - the connection was beautiful - animals are so gorgeous and precious, beautiful moment.
