Back by semi-popular demand...

This season, I'm being joined in running the game by none other than resident psychopath Dezzy. The tasks and format shall still be overseen by me but he's very kindly agreed to help with ideas, characters and stories so soon after the latest excellent installment of Darkwood Isle

- The game requires sixteen players
- Each task of the game will last 48 hours and shouldn't be too taxing on you as a player, so don't worry if you don't think you'd be active enough!
- Each task will have a team leader who must guide the rest of you to victory, or pay a price.
- One killer will be working under the radar to pick the rest of you off however they see fit. At the end of each task, one player will sadly snuff it.
- Five players will survive all the way to the final, when I and some judges - as well as the rest of the forum, and your dead colleagues - will decide who is the winner.

I can now confirm the five judges of ICB7 will be myself, Braden, Liam-, Dezzy and Jarrod. Two have won, one was the killer, one runs the game and Dezzy... well he just kept dying but he always comes back for more.



The game began on Friday, October 21 at 8pm. Wrap up warm, folks, there's a killer on the loose

I've designed my own Tom* and I need to be self-sufficient Because it ties into a very secretive plot that I'm not revealing until the game begins.

Ta for the applications so far, folks I've just come up with the strangest final task idea for the game. Just need to produce the full tasks now and come up with the characters/designs.

I've so far managed to convince 10 members to take part which is great considering I've only just posted the thread... I won't panic about the other six until a week before it starts but just wanted to publicly thank everyone who replied to my requests, even if it was to politely decline, because I understand a lot of you're getting a lot busier around this time of year Don't worry if I haven't messaged you yet, I only asked ten or so members

In much better news: I've almost completed all of the tasks already. Last year when making ICB7 before I postponed it, I 100% completed the obligatory "Music Clips" task so that video's ready to upload when I need it, and then I've completed three others (one which I've poached from the pub quiz I was going to run ) and the rest don't require too much effort at all...

In recent years I've not quite found the motivation to run forum games as extensive as this one so I have to thank Dezzy as well for coming up with ideas for me... I think in the past six editions of the game I've exhausted every cause of death, every character type imaginable and his ideas are breathing new death into them

Oh and a couple have PMed me worrying because I haven't replied. Don't worry, I have almost certainly got your PM - I'm just keeping the deadline open two weeks so everyone has a fair chance to apply. Hopefully I don't receive far too many apps because it sucks saying "no" to some of you but oh well, it can't be helped. I'll be revealing the full lineup after this deadline and... there'll be like 3 weeks before the game starts actually...oops...but that's plenty of time to prepare and keep writing crime scenes eh Dezzy
