These lyrics are addressed to all those millions of US Voters who are so depressed by the poor choice of Candidates in the forthcoming Presidential Election, that they feel like they are standing on the window ledge of a 123rd floor skyscraper which is a raging inferno inside with no way out.

Whatever they do, they are fecked.

I rewrote the lyrics about two weeks ago with a view to singing them, and might yet do.
