I don't think she's horrible, can she say horrible things? yes she can, but so can everybody, proven by this forum on a daily basis, but I think on the whole that she's a nice woman who has a short fuse and let's her mouth run away with her.

Lovely people tend to be able to control themselves, especially in their 30s.
