I hate boring ol circle plates, i have oval, square, rectangular as well as circle at home
And i like having mine served on quirky things when eating out at a restaurant |

We had good old fish and chips, served in paper a mere two hours ago.
I just wish fish shops and fish restaurants would learn how to cook decent chips |

I'd imagine so, I worked in a few bars/restaurants when I was younger and everything went through the dishwashers

We used to blanche our chips, then it's a quick dip in hot oil for lovely crispy cooked chips.

I always use wooden chopping boards (hard wood) because I believe they hold a lot less bacteria than plastic ones but I really don't want my food served on a rectangular chopping board because its flat and food too easily falls off the edge.

You know my methods

I buy and sell lots of vintage ceramics and so often change my plates. At the mo i am rocking Denby Marrakesh
Denby ware is tough and resistant to chipping |
