Default North Korea has fired a missile over Japan!

I thought you'd have been all over this arista?

'North Korea has fired a missile over Japan in a move Prime Minister Shinzo Abe called an "unprecedented" threat to his country and US President Donald Trump said was an act of "contempt".
The missile, launched early on Tuesday Korean time, flew over Hokkaido island before crashing into the sea.
The UN Security Council is to hold an emergency meeting later in response.
North Korea has conducted a flurry of missile tests recently amid growing international unease.
This is the first time it has fired what is thought to be a ballistic weapon over Japan. On the two previous occasions its rockets crossed Japan - in 1998 and 2009 - North Korea said they were for satellite launch vehicles, and therefore not weapons.
The BBC's Rupert Wingfield-Hayes in Tokyo says this latest launch appears to be the first of a missile powerful enough to potentially carry a nuclear warhead.
Residents told to seek shelter
The South Korean military said the missile was fired eastward just before 06:00 local time (21:00 GMT) from near the North's capital, Pyongyang - which is rare.
Early analysis of the launch suggests the missile:
■ flew a distance of more than 2,700km (1,678 miles)
■ was likely to have been a Hwasong-12, a newly developed intermediate range weapon
■ reached a maximum altitude of about 550km (342 miles), lower than most previous North Korean tests
■ fell into the North Pacific Ocean 1,180km off the Japanese coast after breaking into three pieces

My mother's cousin died in the last Korean War, he was only 21

I have no idea how to sort it, other than to sabotage any missiles he fires,
Most of them go a bit wrong and he might mistakenly actually hit a target he intends to fire over.

i think he intended this one to hit japan but it overshot the mark by a bit. It's only a matter of time till he gets it right at least once.

I don't think it had a warhead on it.Just a display of power of his new missiles.

King Jong-Un wants to provoke a reaction I'd say, he'll keep pushing like this until someone retaliates so that NK can call on China to help them out in the ensuing conflict. I doubt they'll ever truly land the first strike since China won't likely help them if they threw the first punch.

If the US gets involved we'll be heading into another World War, whatever conflict happens in Asia, the west can't get involved as active participants in the fighting.

This is the biggest concern I think over this, that they might actually hit something and launch us all into WW3. This lunatic is playing a dangerous game.

Kim's on a suicide mission. I don't know what's he's playing at but everything he's doing is wrong and can only mean a swift death for him.

China won't help NK if they make the first blow. Without China's help, NK would be screwed if they tried anything.

Practice for the big one, Nuking America, or at least a number of west coast cities.

As soon as Kim Jong-Un fires a nuke at the US mainland, and his missiles have that capability, many countries, a number of them with a beef against Israel and it's existence will rally to Kim Jong-Un's side as the guy who finally hit out at the Great Satan and the country, that, As I was once told by an elderly Scottish man in Aberdeen, is the source of all evil in the world.

Kim is envied in secret by many countries, and when he nukes America, don't be surprised if say Iran voices whole hearted support along with Venezuela.

Yep Kim is going to be a hero for hitting the Great Satan and he knows it

The UK should stay out of it. I was very annoyed with Mrs May she she wouldn't rule out military action against North Korea.

Not that she'd be fighting. Coward she is.

A war will be no good for anyone.
North Korea has already offered to stop the tests but America rejected its proposal because they would have to stop their war games on the border
