It's true; more seem to come out of it a bit messed up than not . There are still major question marks over Macaulay Culkin's childhood for me, too. As far as I know he's never accused anyone of anything but... although he seems to be doing a bit better now... he was an absolute mess with drug problems, depression, anxiety etc. for years. Highly suggests that there's something pretty messed up in his past.

I think even if it isn't a case of abuse just the fame itself can mess a child up if they're not being grounded by a good family. If they surround themselves with hangers on etc

Isn't he trying to raise like $10M to make a documentary about it? tbh he could buy a home camcorder and just do it himself, especially if he's got friends willing to speak out. All he'd have to do is shoot and edit the footage, people who care wouldn't mind that it didn't look professional.

Also worth noting that in their divorce papers Denise Richards cited him accessing gay porn and some of the participants looking underage as one of the reasons for the separation.

I used to love Charlie but some of the stories about him in recent years have been incredibly dark and this is unforgivable really.

I was just going to post this, when the divorce papers leaked I remember a hell of a lot of people were calling her a liar and money grabber etc trying to smeer his name.

He was talking about the paedophilia in Hollywood on The View once and Barbara Walters accused him of "damaging an entire industry". But I read last night that he's given names to the LA police and they're now finally investigating the ring he's been trying to expose for years.

I wonder if they'd have investigated way back when, if the first step he took in trying to expose the ring was handing the list of names over to the police. Any excuse for them to not investigate are just bull - it's easy to say "the current climate is better for them to dig the dirt" or "recent revelations might make prosecution easier" - sure, the world might be more receptive now, but that's no excuse to let it continue, or to let people remain unpunished, so yea I have to wonder if Feldman was ever told to take his evidence somewhere else by the police.

He's already done an interview stating most of the money is legal costs that he will require for publicly naming people.
