The sneaky beggar was trying to force a retrial on all of his convictions on the grounds that one was unsafe. Glad he didn't get away with it

I never heard that term before, sounds like an odd way to put it

Yeah unsafe just seems like a strange way to over rule a conviction though

It just means that there was something during the trial that wasn't 100% by the book, could be jury tampering, a witness lying, new evidence coming to light... anything at all.

You know, for me anyone disrespect to anyone who genuinely has been abused in reality. I am left wondering at these claims and trials, how many others daring to appeal, may have got a similar decision on some of their verdicts. This endless run now of allegation after allegation makes me suspicious. I'm naturally suspicious and inquisitive anyway. In some cases with no need to,the accuser seems to have often or regularly even gone back to the same scenario with the same individual they now accuse. A lot of what I read in these cases leaves me puzzled as to the safety of at least some of the allegations as presented. Last edited by joeysteele; 16-11-2017 at 02:33 PM. |
