I wash undies after wearing them for a day. Though sometimes don't wear undies at all tbh Much more comfortable. But then, I have to wash jeans and such every day else it would be a bit grim. When I have worn underwear, I was jeans maybe every 3/4 days depending how dirty they are to look at. So not wearing underwear at times actually increases my washing!

Socks, everyday. But again, often don't wear them

Personal sweat and other bodily excretion, toilet use. You don't have to soil yourself to need changing lady.

I hardly ever ever sweat, especially in the winter

People are overly paranoid about 'cleanliness' nowadays imo

But when it comes to the area of our bodies that we excrete waste from a fresh pair is about health as well as hygiene.

It's like my sister changes her baby's nappy after a while even if he hasn't done anything in it because it gets a bit whiffy and ball sweat is a real thing.

Women are not immune either.

Thats actually ridiculous

They pee/poo so much that there is no need for additional changes. if babies only peed or shat once every couple of days, she may have a point

I don't mean constantly. But, like, if he's not done anything but had the same nappie on all afternoon, she'll give him a fresh one.

Every day for me though. Unless it's randomly a day where I'm planning to be home all day and I don't bother showering or changing clothes at all until I wake up the next morning. (rarely though, a lot of those times I'll still shower and/or change underwear/clothes anyway)
