I'm trying to widen my horizons a bit rather than having the same things for dinner on certain days of the week which gets boring and repetitive.

What did you have for dinner tonight?

I usually do carbonara on Thursday but instead we had lamb chops, green beans and roast new potatoes in a light wine sauce for flavour.
