“I have, myself, full confidence that if all patriotic TIBB citizens do their duty, if nothing is neglected, and if the best arrangements are made, as they are being made, we shall prove ourselves once again able to support our TIBB Eurovision Song Contest, our greatest Contest, to ride out the storm of apathy and lethargy, and to outlive the menace of Disinterest, if necessary for years, if necessary alone.

At any rate, that is what we are going to try to do. That is the resolve of Her Majesty Josy’s TIBB Government-every man and woman of them. That is the will of TIBB Parliament and the Forum.

The TIBB Community and TIBB Government, linked together in their cause and in their need, will strive to the death to preserve our Freedoms, our Traditions and Customs, and our TIBB Way of Life, aiding each other like good comrades to the utmost of their strength and resolve.

Even though many other, hitherto promising new Forums and many old and famous ones have fallen or may fall into the grip of lethargy in all its odious and degenerating disguises, we shall not flag or fail.

We shall go on to the end, we shall Vote in TIBB Eurovision as we have never voted before.

we shall vote for our favourite song as before but in greater numbers.
we shall vote with growing confidence and growing strength over the internet, we shall exercise our Democratic Rights to vote, whatever the cost may be,
we shall vote from the Chat Forums,
we shall vote from Chat and Games,
we shall vote from Serious Debates and Tech, Movies, and Video Games,
we shall vote from Creative Writing and the BB and CBB Forums:

we shall never surrender our duties as good TIBB members, and even if, which I do not for a moment believe, this Forum or a large part of it were to become infected with and subjugated by advanced Apathy, then those of us not afflicted, would - bolstered by that TIBB resolve - carry on the struggle, until, in God’s good time, every Man and Woman on this Great Forum, steps forth to the rescue and Votes in The TIBB Eurovision Song Contest.”
