I try doing home workouts and I am meant to do like 3 sets but I can only manage two then cannot be bothered leaving days in between. I don't really have goals just wanna be toned. Do you workout?

Honestly I had to run / fast jog about 10 yards for the bus yesterday and I was gasping by the time I sat down

I do toning exercises - either legs, arms or abs in a morning at 6am then a cardio workout at night. I hate it but the older I get the harder I have to work to not sit and consume my body weight in crisps every night

Yeah but I do in phases and I haven't in over a month (aside from going to play basketball twice in the past few weeks).
Nothing like I used to especially like 5+ years ago. I need to get back into playing basketball at least simply because it's so much fun.

I do again now,I gave it up while I was pregnant and just after but just started again, it's worth the effort I think.

Yeah I go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week and swim most times I go too

Must be about five years since I stepped foot in a gym
I go through phases of running though but if I don't have a specific run in sight to train for then I struggle for motivation. Otherwise my only exercise is five a side football and village cricket but then that's normally played by fat blokes who've had 4 pints before play |
