Maybe "uneducated" is a bit harsh, but she's certainly ignorant and uninformed.

She stated that the Flint water crisis hasn't been fixed is because most of the people there are black, which is just wrong. The lead pipes were laid decades ago, and the plans are lost; to find them, a lot of the city would need to be dug up, damaging roads, pavements, and the pipes which are okay. Not to mention the huge amount of money it would cost, for a poor area.

i don’t know james jordan so i can’t comment if he’s a racist or not but i was more going on about the comment itself
