because sian's the normal lass from barnsley and kay is spirutal and has an accent x not that hard if we are getting something the british public aren't used to they !! don't !! want !! it !!

I cannot think of any answer to this no matter how hard I try to Kay has been involved in a fair bit of drama (causing it, on occasion...purposely IMO), and has spoken up a fair few times so she doesn't purposely avoid confrontation. Kay seems much more likeable too.
