What do all the TiBB Veggies/vegans have on Christmas Day? I'll still do a Turkey for the kids and our other guests but myself and Gav are having Quorn Roast instead of the meat. We tested it out last week and it's surprisingly tasty

Tbh I would just have all the trimmings but put a bit more effort into them.
Mash w/ carrots Rosemary roast potatoes Cheesey cauliflower and broccoli Sautéed sprouts with vegan chorizo Just whatever I'm in the mood for Most premade stuffings and gravies are vegetarian It's not really necessary to replace the turkey with something, for me. I don't know what I'm having this year because my bf's sister is hosting Christmas. I'm going to bring a vegan apple crumble as my contribution though.

i do cumin flavoured cheese with other potato/vegetable dishes, the cumin seeds in that cheese are a nice flavour to go with the dish, extra spicy element i call it as for carrots my fave vegetable, we have a traditional dutch dish called ''Wortelstamp'' which basically is carrots, onions, potatoes all in one pot and you mash it all together, your kitchen smells a lot from this but it is really tasty

I like vegetarian chili but I make my own, I have tried quorn but I don't like the taste or the texture, also if you look at what is in it, it doesn't look very healthy

It is quite processed though, I would only have it maybe twice a week, I mostly just cook veg stuff.

Of course not...even though it is a term of endearment in Scotland. ..something you may want to take into consideration the next time I use it.
