Default Upsetting graphic video..
Can anyone verify if this happened AFTER a prison guard hand handcuffed the 4 guys to the table...it's reported that it was a set up by the guards..

[What is the follow up on this?
This happened in 2017 in Lucasville Ohio
and I remember briefly reading about it
and then it vanished from media of course.
This still makes my blood boil]
