he is being a smart ass and complaining about the process in which private member bills are approved. Interestingly, he never objects when its one of his friends presenting a bill through the same process.

I think unless he has and states a valid reason for objecting rather than just objecting to prove a point, his objection should be disregarded

It is Illegal but not so easy without this New Law
and this new law was able to get Outside nations
to help catch them
faster.

Exactly, if he'd have said "i disagree with this bill because (reasons)" he'd still be an idiot, but voting it down as a protest against the process should invalidate his vote, as it's not based on anything.
