This is this is it! The first show of Strictly TIBB dancing 2019
Unbeknown to our contestants they were all given a different dance each so no comparisons just simply them having to represent each dance and win those all important scores They will be fighting each week to get their hands on the glitterball  But first let's kick things off with an amazing routine by our talented professional dancers Lets get on with the show then! First up is.... ThisIsDanny and Janette Manrara with a waltz to Ed Sheeran: Perfect Over to our judges for their comments Blurryface: This may have been a PERFECT song choice but my god dear you're the second act tonight to completely and utterly BORE me! I mark you up on creative choreography! LukeB: (no comment) Adam: Darling that was terrible, you almost tripped your partner over and the performance never recovered Mitchell: that was far from perfect babes, but it was better than a lot of tonights, so congrats hun x So a bit of underwhelming feedback there but let's see what the scores are Blurryface: 7 LukeB: 3 Adam: 3 Mitchell: 5 Score= 18 Our next contestant is Livia and Gleb Savchenko with a Cha Cha to Elton John and Kiki Dee: Don't go breaking my heart Over to our judges for their comments Blurryface: I loved your choice of song but that footwork needs to improve for next week! And your energy was lacking, your partner needs to WHIP you into SHAPE my dear LukeB: That was a brilliant first dance! No one will be breaking your heart after this..You have so much potential and looking forward for to seeing it. Adam: It was a decent 1st dance but it unfortunately left me a bit cold Mitchell: Ok this was cute and all, but it’s very predictable, if you want to go far, you’ve gotta stand out and not be Naga Munchetty So some mixed feedback there but let's see what the scores are Blurryface: 6 LukeB: 5 Adam: 5 Mitchell: 4 Score= 20 Our next contestant is Barry and Oti Mabusi with a Salsa to Jennifer Lopez: Lets get loud Over to our judges for their comments Blurryface: Wow, you certainly brought the PARTY to the Strictly Stage! Carry on like this my dear and you have potential for the first TEN! LukeB: This was everything! Adam: Fantastic week 1 performance but you played it safe and to win you have to take many risks Mitchell: about as original as Channel 5’s make or break, be original and use fun choices, not songs that have been used more than LukeB's vagina x So there was some postive feedback there but let's see what the scores are Blurryface: 9 LukeB: 7 Adam: 6 Mitchell: 2 Score= 24 Our next contestant is Cherie and Pasha Kovalev with an American Smooth to Carly Simon: Your so vain Over to our judges for their comments Blurryface: I'm sorry I just was NOT impressed by this rather lacklustre performance! The footwork was all over the place, darling! LukeB: ( no comment ) Adam: It was a sweet genuine week 1 performance but you have to improve in the future Mitchell: this song was about me I’ll have you know, and NOT about Adam! So a lot of negative feedback there but let's see what the scores are Blurryface: 4 LukeB: 5 Adam: 6 Mitchell: 7 Score= 23 The next contestant performing is SherzyK and Katya Jones with a foxtrot to Mariah Carey: We belong together Over to our judges for their comments Blurryface: This is one way to BORE Mr Revel Horwood! You picked the song well but I'm afraid the routine just wasn't up to scratch! LukeB: ( no comment ) Adam: It was lacking the connection with your partner Mitchell: This song makes me cry biiiitch So some mixed feedback there but let's see what the scores are Blurryface: 5 LukeB: 5 Adam: 3 Mitchell: 5 Score= 18 The next contestant performing is Kazanne and Giovanni Pernice with a tango to Shakira: te aviso te anuncio Over to our judges for their comments Blurryface: A perfect choice for the Tango and this was an impressive routine for just the first week! Congratulations! However my dear I have had to mark you down for the predictability of a song called TANGO! Take some bigger risks! LukeB: (no comment) Adam: The sassiness gave me life but the arms need to improve Mitchell: cute, just like the TiBB taskmaster line up, plug plug plug great feedback there but let's see what the scores are Blurryface: 7 LukeB: 6 Adam: 6 Mitchell: 5 Score= 24 The next contestant is Nicky91 and Amy Dowden with a charleston to my heart will go on Over to our judges for their comments Blurryface: A unique choice, darling! I was pleasantly surprised and you're a frontrunner for this show! LukeB: (no comment) Adam: Now that was something special for week 1 Mitchell: I liked this, it wasn’t the most Charleston song for me, but it was fun and original, I can tell that you put effort into finding this choice, so I’ve given you an extra point for not being dull x So really postive feedback there but let's see what the scores are Blurryface: 8 LukeB: 5 Adam: 7 Mitchell: 6 Score= 26 The next contestant is Amy Jade and AJ pritchard dancing a Viennese waltz to Saara Alto: Dance like nobody's watching Over to our judges for their comments Blurryface: I may HATE the Viennese Waltz but darling you just made yourself the one to beat! This was gorgeous and I hope you're living up to this next week! LukeB: this was stunning,beautiful story telling and great chemistry with your partner Adam: It started great when the music started playing, unfortunately it also stopped there and I dont see you being in the competition for long darling Mitchell: a very unique choice, which I think has had a lot of effort gone into it, by far the dance of the night for me! Congratulations x So amazing feedback there but let's see what the scores are Blurryface: 9LukeB: 7 Adam: 2 Mitchell: 7 Score= 25 The next contestant is RileyH and Dianne Buswell with a Jive to neon trees: everyone's talking Over to our judges for their comments Blurryface: Ive never heard this song my dear but it was perfect for this jive! Your kicks and flicks were impressive but I need some jazz hands to unlock those higher marks! LukeB: (no comment) Adam: Wow that was fantastic for week 1 I enjoyed it a hello of a lot Mitchell: another song that gets used all the time in these kinds of games, a nice choice, but nothing special, like RileyH So some mixed feedback there but let's see what the scores are Blurryface: 7 LukeB: 4 Adam: 8 Mitchell: 4 Score= 23 The next contestant is Montblanc and Artem chigvintsev with a couples choice Street Dance to Michael Jackson: Beat it Over to our judges for their comments Blurryface: Now your choreography was on point but this is a predictable song choice and I'm afraid you just AREN’T experienced enough to pull off those moves! LukeB: wow! i didn't expect this from you! from the rehearsals this looked like a mess but you totally pulled this off Adam: There was quite a few errors darling, you should have spent more time in training then at the chippy Mitchell: It’s a good choice for sure, but I feel like it could be a lot better. So quite a bit of negative feedback there but let's see what the scores are Blurryface: 5LukeB: 6 Adam: 3 Mitchell: 6 Score= 20 Our next contestant is Black Dagger and Karen Clifton with a Samba to J Balvin: Mi gente Over to our judges for their comments Blurryface: It may be a good match but I'm afraid I just CANT STAND the song and your choreography was a DISAAAHHSTER DARLINNG! LukeB: (no comment) Adam: It was very safe and a very bland performance, I would say I expect more but I have seen more personality in bag of rice Mitchell: I still don’t know what Beyoncé is singing in this song tbh Some negative feedback there but let's see what the scores are Blurryface: 5 LukeB: 5 Adam: 4Mitchell: 4 Score= 18 The next contestant is Niamh and Alijaz skorjanec with a Rumba to Gotye: Somebody that I used to know Over to our judges for their comments Blurryface: This song was a good choice and one I didn't expect to work with a rumba! I want you to take more choreographic risks next week my dear! LukeB: no comment Adam: This was not a rumba for me, it was a very lazy modern version with lack of redirection Mitchell: An OK choice, but one of the weaker songs this week I’m afraid So some mixed feedback there but let's see what the scores are Blurryface: 7 LukeB: 5 Adam: 2 Mitchell: 3 Score= 17 Our next contestant is LeatherTrumpet and Nadiya bychkova with a paso doble to malaguena by Brian setzer orchestra Over to our judges for their comments Blurryface: I have to applaud you on picking a REMARKABLE song for the Paso Doble! You could certainly be a contender! LukeB: no comment Adam: The song doesn't suit this dance as well as it was other, also it was more of a fish fight then a bull fight Mitchell: I’ll pason this Doble x So some great feedback there but let's see what the scores are Blurryface: 8 LukeB: 5 Adam: 3 Mitchell: 4 Score= 20 The final contestant is Hijaxers and Gorka marquez with a quickstep to anything goes Over to our judges for their comments Blurryface: i'm sorry darling, but this was a DISAAHHHHHSTER! This just isn't quick enough for what's SHOCKINGLY called a quickstep, so you need to pull your finger out your arse next week! LukeB: no comment Adam: I loved it even if the technique wasn't* quite there Mitchell: Cute as a first weeks dance, but you’ve got a long way to go still So some mixed feedback there but let's see what the scores are Blurryface: 4 LukeB: 7 Adam: 6 Mitchell: 5 Score= 22
