Thats great Arista, as most flats are leasehold and are the first rung of getting on the property ladder its not always that easy to avoid buying leasehold. Although I wouldnt buy one where the service charge was 800.00 a year and you had no say over your interior decor what are they getting for 800.00 I wonder
