8 was pretty bad but having one of the strongest female casts meant it was still good to watch (especially when Ziggy, Gerry, Billi, Jonathan etc. would be put in their places by Nicky, Laura, Charley etc.).

9, 11 and 12 were pretty poor too, and 7 doesn't get enough hate for it's male cast either but that's similar to 8 in the sense that the females made the series special.

5, 6, 10, 13 and arguably 15 are probably the only male series with more than two decent males.

I agree with Hayden about 7's male cast, although I think Sezer, Richard, Glyn, Pete and Shahbaz save it for me. They all played huge roles. Without those 5, I think 7 would be in the bottom 3 for me.
