I'm a picky eater anyway so I watch what I eat (foods and amount) but then have a nice kebab and chips one night a week oops.

Oh that's tough, depends on my mood but obviously I'd eat more healthy stuff

So much I can’t eat.
Whole meal healthy breads, pasta and rice etc.
So I have to eat the rubbish, white bread etc.
I eat what I fancy within reason and restrictions.
This includes takeaways.

I like healthy stuff but you can cook healthily without using fats etc,but its always a treat to have a take away we enjoy it more if we don't have it often.
