POW! BLAM!

Let's say I spend an hour on the treadmill, and then eat an Easter egg. Would the egg have been preemptively worked off, so I've got "minus 100 calories" in my body? Or would the exercise time be void because I'd not yet eaten?

Exercise counts whenever you do it, before or after eating because it makes your TDEE higher so then you can eat more in the day (if you're not trying to lose weight)

Thank you!
Wanting to "lose weight" is putting it a bit strongly, I could just do with dropping like a third of a stone or so. |

You should eat the Easter egg first and then go on the treadmill.
Sweets give you energy. I used to eat jaffa cakes and Jelly babies before a game of football, they make you hyper and gave me the energy to do more running and work. But then after a workout, you need to eat well to put the energy you lose back on. Steak and chips was my favourite. |

Yeah I would eat the chocolate beforehand too. I get mad energy rushes from anything sugary..when I did the gym I always ate a marsbar a little bit beforehand..so basically I was even with calories in/used but getting fitter all the time too. I miss those times, can barely ****ing get out of bed these days now the docs have removed my morphine liquid
