I struggle to sleep but I'm used to it so still function ok with the sleep pattern I have

Can’t be good for your health long term but then again Im guessing you’ve tried everything and are kind of at your whits end with it depending on how long you’ve struggled

Just have a very long nap for 5/6 hrs to make up for it. That's what i do sometimes.

Everyday this week at work I've tried to use some of my lieu time and go early for a nap but I've had loads to do so haven't managed
