Me... I also bought an exercise bike for home to use for multi-tasking but completely stopped using it recently. I feel like there’s a gym/exercise thread here every week to remind me I need to do more

If I get into the groove I’ll exercise 3-5 days a week for like an hour, maybe a bit more - treadmill & any upper body weight machines that are available (I signed up to a cheap but kinda small and crowded gym so it can be tough to get to any particular machine every time). Sometimes some other cardio like the elliptical(?) machine.

Bike riding is seriously good for mental health. I’m not an enthusiast about it but I’ve been doing it off and on since I was 7.
