since we live in at a corner home in a block, we rent it from a living company called Woonbedrijf, and they from that company hire someone to clean gutters once or twice depends on if there has been much rainfall
and that has been cleaned recently and there wasn't much to be cleaned so that was a easy bit of work for them

..never that I can remember
 When father in law put arial up a few years back he pulled a load of leaves and crap out, but we have never have thm 'cleaned' nor have we had any issues..

About a month ago.
Much easier for hubby now we are in a bungalow. Having said that, he did them over at the house as well.
