Round #31 - Firewire



(because this was the goat diary room chair and I won’t hear otherwise.)

- HotSeat is a game in which forum members put themselves forward to be interviewed by other members of the forum about absolutely anything, for example their favourite TV shows, their least favourite movies, what music they listen to. But looking at previous HotSeats, I’m sure you will come up with more interesting questions than that.

- This is a great opportunity to get to know Jonathan better, as after all it’s better to be an open book than a dusty one that’s never been opened!

- Jonathan is under no obligation to answer every single question that is put forward to him, but the HotSeat would encourage him to answer most of them, otherwise there’s not much point in sitting on it, is there?

- You have until Redway’s round, which is tomorrow, to ask Jonathan those questions you’ve been waiting to ask but never had the guts to until now...

The story is more boring than the username suggests...

I made my username when I was about 14.

Firewire was a minor character on the show Zoey 101. It just sort of clicked with me and thought it was quite a good username for the forum. I changed it a few years later, but it was never the same so I changed it back!

I'm pretty boring, I am flamboyant with certain things but relatively speaking I am quite beige I think

I used to want to musical theatre, and loved singing and acting in school so I was flamboyant in the respect that I was outgoing, though.

I love trains and aeroplanes, if I'm commuting between Glasgow and London I prefer to fly as it's quicker but I would love to take a train around Europe.

The English and Scottish countrysides are so beautiful though, so sometimes it's nice to just relax on a train journey and take in the sights.

Our gardens are quite hilly, so we used to get large polythene sheets and place them on the grass and cover them in washing up liquid. We then used to throw ourselves down them!

I love square sausages, so much better than regular sausages. I wish they sold them in England, because I can't get my fix!

I like haggis too, but it's a difficult food to have because it doesn't really go with anything other than mashed potatoes and turnip. That's only really a once a year thing. So I don't have it often.
