Ridiculous tbh. You would think that if they pick it up, thy would then put it in a bin. Dogwalkers round here seem to have a habit of picking it up, then hanging the bags on ****ing trees. I don't get it at all. Mind, crap baubles on tress is marginally better than leaving it on the floor to be stood on, but only a little bit.

Hanging dog poo on trees
are Depressed young people, in general.
That is all over the UK , sadly.
