Default All-nighters to fix sleeping patterns?

Hey,

So basically I've somehow gotten into a really bad habit of going to bed super late. I usually wake up at 12pm and go to bed at 3am but the other day I woke up at 9:30am and tried to go to bed earlier and... It didnt work lmao

Regardless, it's nearly 5am today and I can't sleep despite waking up at like, 11:15/earlier than usual lmao. I'm gonna try and sleep but I think tomorrow I may need to do an all-night and exhaust myself for a 12am sleep by staying awake for 36 hours. Is this recommended?

Default

..it’s recommended I think only with GP advise, Ant...I know it’s something that people do when they’re getting used to a time difference../...jet lag etc...but it’s generally not adjusting a prolonged thing that it seem to be with you../...I really feel for you, bad sleeping patterns make you feel pretty grim because the quality of sleep can not be so good always...I think go see your GP about it and work on it together with their suggestions etc..?.....
