What law did be actually break, specifically? I'm not defending him, I barely care, it's just not been specified.

No opposition party wants an election until no deal is off the table and an extension assured.
It's been said hundteds of times.

Even moreso now, since we have a PM who has been found to act unlawfully.

We had an election in 2017 which Labour supported when Labour was supposed to be 20% behind Mrs May's Cons.

No one's frightened of an election.

The fear is this lying PM would use it, to steer the UK to a no deal brexit during it.
If he asks for the extension then he gets an election.
If Johnson really wants one.
Why doesn't HE ask for the extension first.

They understand it fine, they're deliberately recycling conversations to waste time. "Running down the clock" has always been part of the tactic.

I wouldn't call it an actually cult, but there's definitely elements in there. People have been brought together through this issue, but I know leavers disagree with each other on a number of different issues. But leaving the EU is non negotiable until the people's decision has been implemented.

Prorogation is not for frustrating parliament business. The court said he had no reason for prorogation

No deal brexit should scare anyone who actually understands the ramifications of it. The vast majority of people who want no deal brexit do not know what they are asking for, they don't know that they are basically ****ing themselves over so the elites can get a better tax deal. It's sad.

What are some of the scariest ramifications, in your opinion?

A good post on Guardian boards

Quote:

A Question for "BeLeavers":

How did you come from preaching all of us about parliamentary sovereignty (representing the people)...
to now support giving absolute power to "unelected beaurocrats in No.10" who act like they are above the law?

___________________________________

The game was given away when the charlatan was in his homeland yesterday(sulking with his orange buffoon master) saying that the supreme court ruling is an effort to frustrate Brexit...
Yet government lawyers argued in court that prorogation was nothing to do with Brexit.

I remember the days when Bill Cash gave impassioned speeches in parliament about its sovereignty.
In fact for the past 40 years, he hasn't stop telling us about the powers held by so-called "unelected beaurocrats in Brussels".

Yesterday was another great day for "BeLeavers".
The supreme court upheld what you voted for...parliamentary sovereignty and UK courts ruling on our laws.
"BeLeavers" should be happy as this ruling can not be challenged in the European court of Justice.
There you have it...the ruling of the highest court in our land is final.

For me, the worst case scenario has always been the destruction of the NHS and a no deal brexit will put it in more danger then it's ever been. You've also got the issue of medical supply shortages being on the more 'Hopeful' outcomes of no deal.

If the NHS goes under because of the stupidity of morons wanting no deal when they won't pay heed to the damage it causes because they'd rather focus on false hope instead of reality then I'll never forgive them and I'd want every single ****ing one of them named and shamed for aiding in the destruction of our greatest strength.

Widespread riots and violence was predicted by the Yellowhammer papers, if I remember right. Medical shortages will be a given too.

All of this carnage is something people who cry for No Deal are willing to accept as long as they get a sense of victory from it.
