Why has she done this now just few days before final, they're all just helping Jacqueline to win .

“Also, he wasn’t staying overnight at a hotel and he returned home after leaving the club.”

This isn’t the first time Dan has been accused of unfaithful behaviour. Earlier this year, Dan’s ex, Megan (and mother of his two year old son, Teddy) claimed she’d been sleeping with him while he was in his new relationship. Dan denied these allegations, too.
