Default Housemate\'s IQ tests

Dont really read anything much into IQ tests but still:

GERRY, Seany and Chanelle are the BRAINIEST housemates.

Each scored 114 points, followed by Carole on 112, which puts them in the "high average" bracket in Mensa IQ tests taken at auditions.

Dopey Shabnam was last on 55 points, putting her in the population's dimmest 10 per cent.

Result: Gerry/Seany/ Chanelle 114, Carole 112, Amanda 95, Ziggy 94, Nicky 90, Samantha/ Tracey 89, Laura 79, Charley 70, Shabnam 55.

Key: 110-119 High Average (top 40% pop). 90-109 Middle Av. 80-89 Low Av. 70-79 Borderline Low. 50-69 Low.

With only four HMs being above average and anything below 70 having been classed as "mental retardation" does this back up the statement that you cant be too bright to want to be on BB? (Average score: 93)

Id take the test meself only Im too scared what the result would be .

I thought Charley got the lowest. Just shows that Chanelle isn't so dumb as she makes out.

Good point Id better double check incase these are wrong. One nice thing two know is that this means both Charly and Shabnam couldnt ever recieve the death sentence in the USA due to diminished responsibility.

IQ tests are as useful as astrological readings to determine your future. They prove nothing except the fact some are better at puzzles than others. Just like some are tone deaf with music while others arn't. Some can paint and draw while other cannot......The inability or the ability to do IQ stuff means nothing with regard to true intelligence.

As was stated the other day on BBLB I believe. IQ tests don't measure "Common sense". Without common sense all of the highest Iq's in the world are pointless.

A chap i worked with belonged to MENSA and he was the first to admit some members were some of the dumbest people around.....

It would be if IQ tests really ment anything, chances are the low scores were more due to lack of attention and boredom, and as Bananarama said they dont mean squat really.

As banarama says without common sense you can be brilliant but stupid at the same time. Lets look at Chanelle for example because she thought Charley's name came ahed of her's in alphabetical order! I do believe she was being genuine there yet her IQ is 114? Hmmmmm.

I would take a test too if I could remember where the newsagent was...... A mate at work gave me a puzzle book to do and I did get as far as counting the pages.

Shabs is delightfully dim. I was quite surprised that Chanelle was so smart. Good on her.

If you want to try one out for fun here is one: http://web.tickle.com/tests/uiq/inde...?sid=&supp=&z=

Its even called Tickle, dont think its any relation to John Tickle though, takes about 15mins (about 44 questions). Moody now as I got 131 and my friend got 138, absolute proof of how wrong IQ tests are.

Tickle is a nightmare! You can only take a few of the tests for free and its full of c**p.

There are other tests on the net, you just have to google in IQ tests and you'll get some free ones. My IQ is 167 which is fabulous for a piglet! (Yes really!!!!)

Those are surprisingly low, although I'm not sure what I expected! I know my parents are incredibly brainy with IQs of 155+ or 160+ or something really high like that. Tickle tests do seem to be strange, but they're the only way I've tried to determine my own IQ and I got 125 or 130 I think, bearing in mind I took it over a year ago!

I heard it was much higher than that! But they're only rumours... his brain definitely wasn't normal, that's for sure. Shame there weren't any IQ tests.
