[Justice for Rikki Neave after nearly
30 years: Man, 41, is found GUILTY of schoolboy's 1994 murder when he was aged 13 after DNA provided 'definitive' proof he killed six-year-old and left his naked body in 'star pose' in woodland Jury convicted James Watson of killing six-year-old, who was found strangled and stripped naked in woodland His mother Ruth was put on trial for his murder in 1996 but was found not guilty, leading to long hunt for killer A new cold case probe in 2015 saw sophisticated DNA analysis of Rikki's clothes identify Watson as murderer] [The majority verdict comes after 41-year-old Watson (pictured here in a court sketch) - who would have been 13 at the time of the killing - stood trial at the Old Bailey in London] [Today, jurors finally delivered their verdict.] https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...94-murder.html |
